We classify the condition of props into three categories:
- Normal Wear and Tear (No Action Required)
- Light Damages, if applicable, may incur fees ranging from 10% to 50% of the overall replacement value.
- Heavy Damages (Includes lost or stolen items or any form of irreversible damage.) In such cases, renters will be contacted by our team and sent a Stripe payment request for the full replacement value of the prop.
